Frozen Fire

Crimson rose in a field of souls
Set alight by flame eternal, hellfire consuming them whole
Yet the elegance stands, benign to the blaze
Will of the sorceress enflamed, the spirits fading agaze

Glacial throne amidst a kingdom of ice
The cold sempiternal, a hiemal soporose
Perdurable to the frost, the absolute watches upon
Benediction of the king set alight, he holds the frozen beyond

Conflagration melting the immutable glace
Blizzards freezing the eternal flame
Flame and frost, dancing in the storm
Entwined within the frozen blaze, an eloquent song

Crystal rose upon a burning throne
Elements combined, the fragments of the whole
King and sorceress, lives bound by fate
Clasped in the fire of destiny, look forth to the heathen gates
