Sides

The way a lot of people perceive the actions of others is very monotoned. Ask yourself, do you think about why someone does what they do? Why someone acts a certain way? We tend to see something that is choleric or of bad deportment but we do not acquiesce the fact that it might not be because of the person, but because of the way they lived, the environment that they grew up in, the people that raised them. Why are we so quick to assume that an individual is tergiversated because they simply want to be recalcitrant? Why can we not see someone for who they are at heart, putting aside that antipathy that we have for them and instead, trying to understand them in a jaunty manner, willing to take an excursion within their minds to really perceive the cause of belligerence?

I understand that it is human nature. It is not always preferred to look into the background of each and every person that you dislike, and as I said in an earlier post, one must be able to control their own actions. However, the ability to control an action depends on the perception of the action itself. What is good? What is bad? The answers a person provides for these simple questions when a choice is presented will decide the path that they will take. What is seen as good for one person may not be the same for another, and if the control of one's own actions depends on what their idea of right and wrong is, then it would be unfair to blame them for making a choice that might be distasteful to others.

We must be able to see beyond a person's exterior personality. If we do so, we are bound to see a side of a person that we never thought resided within them. If we expect them to take responsibility for their actions, then we should also be able to control our thoughts, to see someone for who they can be rather than who they are, that is the ultimate act of maturity and kindness. Never be quick to judge, always understand the reasons for an individual's deportment before placing an emotional label on them. It is easier to understand if we think of our own actions. Certain things that we believe we cannot be blamed for might be interpreted as entirely our fault by everybody else, when looked in this way, it is easier to sympathize with others who might be going through the same feeling.

Thanks for reading, as usual, hopefully, I managed to let you see another perspective, and maybe you'll make a few friends, people that you might not have seen another side of. Have a good day ahead. As always, stay strong.
